In Progress: Floor has been installed sanded and finished. Brick has been cleaned and painted. Lighting installations have started.
While visiting my folks I came across this chair at an estate sale. Took it apart, sanded and oiled it and happy with the way it turned out.

Newest project at Cliffs Valley, South Carolina is a home I built 3 years ago. The project includes finishing the carriage house space for guests as well as a billiard room, bar, powder room, and office on the terrace level. Permits have been issued and construction is just beginning.
Design developing for this master bath suite.
This little cabin is located in the mountains of Western North Carolina. A complete renovation of the interior along with an addition of 350 sq/ft will bring this home to nearly 1,200 sq/ft. Look for updates on this project fall 2014.

This is a two bed/two bath apartment located in an old shoe factory. The structure was converted into apartments in the 80's covering many great features of the building. The owners wanted to find a way to recapture some of the history of the building while maintaining a more contemporary aesthetic. This project will be completed in phases beginning with the master suite.
